Manager – Projects

At Alchemy Cleantech, we’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the execution of our BioCNG projects across India.
In this role, you will:
- Lead BioCNG projects from planning through execution to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management
- Travel across project sites to ensure smooth execution
With 4+ years of experience in project management, you’ll contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality BioCNG infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while playing a key role in building India’s clean energy ecosystem.
Manager – Procurement

At Alchemy Cleantech, we’re seeking a Procurement Manager to support project execution across our BioCNG projects by ensuring efficient sourcing of feedstock, equipment, and key inputs.
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage procurement across feedstock, plant equipment, and operational consumables
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers across categories
- Lead RFQ processes, vendor comparisons, and commercial negotiations
- Drive cost optimization through benchmarking and vendor selection
- Coordinate with plant operations and project teams to ensure timely delivery and execution
- Track procurement timelines and proactively address delays or bottlenecks
- Support contract discussions and ensure alignment on commercial terms
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistency in quality and pricing
- Assist in standardizing procurement processes across projects
With 3+ years of experience and a strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles, you’ll be based in Mumbai and support the sourcing and procurement of feedstock, equipment, and key inputs across projects. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage procurement processes end-to-end, from vendor identification and negotiations to purchase execution and delivery coordination.
Manager – Marketing & Communications
